Information and commonly asked questions
Q: What will
I need to play for my audition
A: 4-5 major scales, chromatic scale, a solo or etude and sightreading
Q: What if I'm a singer, what should I prepare for my audition?
A: Singers should prepare a solo
piece with CD/tape or sheet music accompaniment.
Q: Who is eligible to
audition for Rockestra Jr?
A: All students in grades 5-12 enrolled in band, choir or orchestra at their school
are eligible.
Q: How often are rehearsals?
A: Rehearsals will be held
once a week, on Tuesday evenings.
